What is a Stake promo code?

A Stake promo code (Stake also calls it a referral code, bonus code or sign-up code) is a short word you type into the optional “Code” field during registration. It links your new account to a partner. Stake then enables rakeback on the account. Without a code you still get Stake's standard VIP program, but you do not get rakeback. The code has to be entered at registration. It cannot be added afterwards, which is the single most common mistake people make.

How to use the Stake promo code RAZOR

4. Finish sign-up and verify your email.

How the 5% rakeback actually works

Rakeback is calculated on the house edge of each bet, not on the amount you stake. Bet $100 on a Stake Original with a 1% house edge and the house edge on that bet is $1; 5% of it, $0.05, is paid back to you whether the bet wins or loses. Slots carry a higher house edge (usually 3% to 4%), so the same $100 spin returns more rakeback. It adds up with volume: $10,000 wagered on a 1% game returns about $5, on a 4% slot about $20. RAZOR vs other Stake promo codes

Every Stake affiliate promotes its own code, and they all unlock the same rakeback, so the rakeback itself is rarely the difference. What does differ is what the partner gives back. Common problems and fixes

• Rakeback not showing: make sure the code was entered before you clicked Register. Rakeback appears under VIP in your account once you have placed bets; if it is missing, contact Stake live chat with your username.
• No code field visible: on mobile the field is collapsed. Tap “Code” below the password field to expand it.
• Existing account: the code is for new accounts only. Opening a second account breaks Stake's terms and will be closed.
• Claiming rakeback: it accrues in the rakeback section of your account and is claimed from there. It has no wagering requirement.
